Claire is a Licensed Social Worker. She holds a master’s of Arts in Social Work from Aurora University. Claire completed internships at Wings, Elgin Mental Health Center and Haymarket Center as part of her education. She currently also holds a position in the child/adolescent psychiatric unit of Lutheran General Hospital.
Claire sees adolescents and young adults in individual therapy at Palatine Ridge. She relies on various treatment models to inform her practice such as CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and strengths-based. Claire is an interactive solution-focused therapist. Her therapeutic approach is to provide adolescents and young adults support and practical feedback as they navigate their social and school environments.
